Conveniently located near a cool café within walking distance where you can grab some food 🍔. the pool here is a nice plus too, perfect for relaxing. Exploring the Manado City Centre neighborhood nearby is definitely worth checking out!

The big pool, the bed
Rudeness of the staff, especially reception and doormen very poor maintenance of the rooms, dirty walls and furniture staff made us feel like "milking cows", trying to charge for everything bad experience while checking in, very unprofessional behavior poor breakfast choice for a 5-star

Located close to the ocean, this hotel is a great place to stay for those travelling by car. It is also nearby to the shops, with a variety of malls in the area making it an ideal location for shoppers. the rooms are well appointed and very spacious, with large beds that are extremely comfortable. the bathroom is also clean and features all of the amenities you would expect from a top hotel. the staff are friendly and always willing to offer assistance, making your stay even more enjoyable. the breakfast is a highlight, with a variety of both western and Indonesian food available.
There is one aspect of this hotel that falls short of expectations.

This hotel was a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities that fulfilled my needs. the Swimming pool and private facilities were great. the Breakfast was very impressive with a wide variety of foods to choose from. the professional service was top-notch, making me feel important and valued. the location was fantastic with easy access to the nearby attractions.
Despite all the fantastic things this hotel had to offer, it felt like the room was a bit cramped. this was only a minor issue and it did not hinder my overall experience.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a fantastic view. The staff were attentive and helpful, showing me how to use all the facilities in the room. The hotel is also in a great location, up on a hill with a beautiful park around it and close to the ferry terminal.

We had a great time during our city break. The hotel was conveniently located near public transportation and restaurants. The spacious room had comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the stunning view from our balcony.
There were a few downsides. The Wi-Fi connection was weak and kept cutting out which was frustrating.

We spent our Christmas holidays at this hotel and overall, we had a pleasant stay. the rooms were quite spacious and clean, with fantastic views of the city skyline. the breakfast buffet offered a range of tasty options to choose from. the hotel was also conveniently located close to the lively streets where we found plenty of local restaurants and shops to explore.
